Our menus feature an abundance of fresh, local produce from the surrounding regions including; beef from Craig Cook in Bundanoon, milly hill lamb of New England Tablelands, seafood from Decosti in Sydney, greenland girls fresh free range eggs, herbs from George the herb man in Yerrinbool and li-sun exotic mushrooms from Dr Noel Arnold and Susan Conde’s scarlett grove olive oil.
